A comprehensive design system is essential for maintaining brand consistency and shortening development time, particularly for global companies.
As the lead of the APAC design team in this project, I led efforts to establish the design system. Our team conducted extensive research and testing to develop the components library, and we actively participated in monthly meetings with the global design team to share ideas and insights.
