As part of Cathay Pacific projects, I worked on-site with client to rebuild their payment gateway for 10+ touchpoints. This project was carried out in an agile environment, which allowed for a flexible development process that could adapt to the client’s needs.
I studied user behavior on payments and conducted A/B testing on the payment page to enhance the user experience. By working closely with the development team and project owner, we were able to create a payment gateway that was not only user-friendly but also efficient and effective.
