In the highly competative environment in insurance industry, a handy tools can speed up the sales process. We corperated with Zurich to develope an all-in-one online platform for the agents to finish their sales process online.
As the UX/UI designer for this project, I was responsible for producing the user flow and designing the platform’s interface. I worked closely with the teams to ensure that the platform was user-friendly and intuitive, and that it met the needs of the agents.
